Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative style of breathing that helps to release stress, anxiety and stuck emotions from the body, re-wire subconscious thoughts and optimise your physical health.

I teach Conscious Connected Breathwork through 1:1 sessions, group workshops, workplace wellbeing sessions and retreats, to help people navigate stress, pain and emotions, and to experience powerful changes within their mental and physical health.

Six Weeks of Breathwork

Six weekly online group breathwork sessions designed to ground your body and release anxiety, stress or burnout through the build up to the festive season. Sessions to support you to consciously bring 2024 to a close and welcome in 2025 feeling clear-headed and energised.

Have an anchor each week to navigate pressures, let go of tension and feel deeply grounded and calm.

A blend of Conscious Connected Breathwork for deeper stress release combined with Nervous System Regulation Breathwork and Meditation for calming down your body and mind.

Join a supportive group to process feelings that can arise at this time of year, connect to your body and gain supportive tools for your mindset as we enter 2025.

The online breathwork sessions will take place on the following dates:

Sessions are recorded for you to catch up on in your own time if you can’t make the session live.

1:1 Conscious Connected Breathwork Sessions for deep support on your personal healing journey. These powerful yet deeply grounding sessions help you to process difficult things you may be experiencing in your life, through your body. 

I hold Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions within a safe and supported space for you to somatically navigate emotions, heal wounds and re-wire patterns. You will be guided to shed energetic layers and learn how to build a regulated and resilient nervous system, connecting you closer to your grounded and magnetic self. I also use acupressure to support the body with deeper tension release.

One-off session: £120

Couples Breathwork Sessions


Breathwork sessions for couples who are on a conscious journey together and want to deepen their connection, growth and intimacy. This is for couples who are growing in the same direction and are ready to open up more deeply to somatically navigating patterns within themselves and the relationship. Whilst each individual has their own experience, doing breathwork as a couple can help to strengthen the dynamic between the two, as both people step into a more integrated version of themselves, for themselves and for their partner

I deliver breathwork workshops to companies to help their employees with workplace stress and anxiety and to learn tools for nervous system regulation at work.
