Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative style of breathing that helps to release stress, anxiety and stuck emotions from the body, re-wire subconscious thoughts and optimise your physical health.

I teach Conscious Connected Breathwork through 1:1 sessions, group workshops, workplace wellbeing sessions and retreats, to help people navigate stress, pain and emotions, and to experience powerful changes within their mental and physical health.

I hold Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions within a safe and supported space for you to somatically navigate emotions, heal wounds and re-wire patterns. You will be guided to shed energetic layers and learn how to build a regulated and resilient nervous system, connecting you closer to your grounded and magnetic self. I also use acupressure to support the body with deeper tension release.
