3 Month 1:1 Nutrition Programme 

My 3 month holistic nutrition and wellness coaching programme focuses on restoring and transforming four core pillars of your health: gut health, hormone health, energy/metabolism and mood. We explore your diet, habits, lifestyle and emotions to find the root causes of your imbalances and unpeel the layers that are impacting you. We use lab testing to get the scientific data. I then use a blend of nutrition, supplements, stress-reducing techniques and lifestyle and mindset changes, completely tailored to your needs. It is a journey of restoration and transformation to help you embody your full wellness.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS FOR ME?

This is for you if you struggle with any of the following:


  • Gut health issues e.g. bloating, abdominal pain, IBS, changeable bowel habits
  • Hormonal issues e.g. painful periods, PMS, irregular cycles

  • 6 x 1:1 online monthly consultations over Zoom (initial consultation is 90 minutes, follow up consultations are 1 hour)
  • Access to chat messaging between sessions for extra support
  • Full health, lifestyle and mindset assessment including family history and medical history
  • Bespoke nutrition, lifestyle and mindset plan (updated and refined after each consultation)
  • Bespoke supplement plan (25% discount) 
  • Recipes and sample menu plans
  • Intensive targeted scientific research between consultations to investigate and support your health according to the most up to date medical research and interventions
  • Referrals for any testing required, results analysed and incorporated into plans (N.B. required testing is not included in the programme cost)

The investment for the 3 Month 1:1 Nutrition Programme is one payment of £1,111 or three monthly payments of £375.

The Stress + Burnout Reset

Regulate your cortisol and rebuild a resilient nervous system through nutrition, breathwork and somatic healing. 

This 6 week programme runs from 14th October until 24th November 2024 and includes:
  • Three Online 1:1 Nutrition Sessions
  • Three Online Group Breathwork Sessions
  • Find the root causes of your burnout, and receive personalised support that redesigns your nutrition, lifestyle and routines to help you feel re-energised, calm and in flow with your body, health and life.
  • Reduce cortisol, reset your stress response to your environment and learn how to regulate your nervous system so you can feel in the driver's seat of your life again.
  • The group breathwork sessions will take place on the following Monday evenings: 

     Monday 21st October 2024 at 6pm
     Monday 4th November 2024 at 6pm
     Monday 18th November 2024 at 6pm

1:1 Nutrition Power Hour

An introductory, intensive 1:1 session to open the doors to your health journey. We will look deeply at where you currently are with your health and where you’d like to get to, and following your session you will receive a personalised Nutrition, Lifestyle and Supplement plan for you to get started on, in order to get clear on the exact steps you need to take to give your body exactly what it needs.
