Hello, I'm Caroline! I'm a Nutritional Therapist based in Brighton that specialises in gut, hormonal and nervous system health.

Maybe you’ve tried the standard medical route; you feel like you’ve tried everything and exhausted all the investigations. Yet doctors still have no answers for you. Maybe you continuously cut out a different food each week, convinced every time that this is the food that is causing your symptoms. Maybe your situation is affecting your self-esteem, your social life, your relationships, your work...

I've been where you are...

Following a trip to Africa in my early twenties I started to experience debilitating gut symptoms, including severe bloating and abdominal pain.

Soon after, I went through intense grief after losing one of the closest people to me, leaving me feeling numb and crippled with anxiety. My gut symptoms got worse and I felt completely disconnected from my body. My sleep and menstrual cycle suffered and I was in a constant state of brain fog. 

I went through every medical investigation under the sun, and multiple prescriptions… nothing was changing. 

Finally, I saw a Nutritionist

And everything changed...

Through functional testing, finding the root causes of my symptoms, and receiving effective nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plans, I finally started to feel myself again for the first time in years. The bloating vanished, the pain subsided, the brain fog lifted. In addition to this, I developed a strong spiritual practice, meditating daily and incorporating breathwork into my wellness routine. 

I then decided to go back to school to train as a Naturopathic Nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and that is where even deeper healing began.

The way we look after our body can drastically alter our human experience, and this has inspired me to share the tools I've learnt with the world.

We have so much agency in how we feel in our bodies and minds, we just need to learn how to live in a way that truly optimises our health and lets us thrive. The work is not just physical healing, but emotional healing too. We must look at our thoughts, our beliefs, our patterns, our boundaries and the energies we are absorbing.
