A bit about my story
Through my own journey with grief, anxiety and imbalances in my gut health in my twenties, I discovered the power of different forms of holistic healing.
Understanding how to care for my body through food, habits and my lifestyle, has taken my health and life onto a whole new path.
Understanding that processing and feeling emotions, trauma and grief somatically through my body was an essential part of my healing, has also taken my health and life onto a whole new path.
Both nutrition and breathwork have completely changed my life, and I would love to share these tools with you, to help you change yours.
