Try this Combat Cravings Smoothie and have it in place of that 3pm sugary snack. The protein and cinnamon will balance your blood sugar, the collagen will help to renew your gut lining and your skin complexion, whilst the cacao will still give you that chocolatey taste with a hit of antioxidants.

Ingredients (serves 1):
250ml of unsweetened almond or cashew milk (I use Plenish)
1 tbsp of collagen powder (I use Ossa Organic)
1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein (I use Nuzest)
1 tbsp of raw cacao powder (I use Naturya)
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of almond butter (optional)
1 ice cube
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
2. Sit calmly and savour each sip.
3. Enjoy!
