Blueberry + Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1):
250ml coconut water 
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt or natural yoghurt
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I use Nuzest)
1 ice cube

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
